Big Men’s Club of Atlanta

STATEMENT ON THE FOLDING OF THE CLUB

bigolboys

It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing the folding of the Big Men’s Club of Atlanta. No one in the club was interested in running for the Board of Director’s and with the situation that our former President put us into with his actions relating to the Big and Easy Convergence 2005 we have no choice.  Darrin can be reached at the Mississippi Department of Corrections here is the current link to his record. Darrin Pinkston since we have no money left to hire a lawyer and have not found a lawyer willing to do this pro-bono, we are out of options. We continue to be amazed at just how well Darrin was using us and the name we had built by having two successful East Coast Conferences here in Atlanta. The lies and half-truths that have been exposed since his arrest are just astounding.  He was brought into our club by our previous President Jeffrey Nance and was his partner.  Mr. Nance has denied any knowledge of what Mr. Pinkston was doing. Had the 2005 event occurred, everything was paid for and would have gone off without a hitch. But, there would have been no left over for the club.  Since this is really the idea goal of an event.  (Charge, enough to cover your costs with maybe a little left over for the club to use to improve itself) We would have been none the wiser.
